What makes Boxed Water more sustainable than plastic bottles?
Our cartons are made of 92% plant-based packaging, including paper sourced from FSC-managed forests. Compared to plastic bottles, our boxes have a significantly lower carbon footprint and are 100% recyclable.
Is the water purified or from a natural source?
We use an 8-step purification process, including reverse osmosis and carbon filtration, to ensure our water is clean, crisp, and pH neutral. We source our water locally from municipal sources to minimize transportation emissions.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Can I set up a recurring subscription?
Yes! You can choose to subscribe and save 15% on every order. Simply select your preferred delivery frequency (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks) on the product page before adding to your cart.
What is your return policy for food and beverage products?
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns of water cartons. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your cartons BPA-free?
Yes, all Boxed Water cartons are 100% BPA-free and do not contain any phthalates, ensuring a safe and clean drinking experience.
